This page describes what nyra-agent.com does with your data. It covers this website only. The Nyra product is in development and is not yet available to use.

What this site does not do

• It sets no cookies and uses no local or session storage.
• It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising scripts.
• It loads no third-party resources. Fonts and images are served from this domain.
• It does not build a profile of you and does not sell or share data with advertisers.

Server logs

When you open this site, the hosting server processes the data your browser sends by necessity: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, referrer, and the browser and operating system identifier. This is required to deliver the site and to keep it secure and stable. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating the website. Log data is not merged with other sources and is deleted after a short retention period.

Waitlist

If you enter an email address in the waitlist form and submit it, that address is transmitted to us so we can contact you when early access opens. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, given by submitting the form.

We use it for that single purpose. We do not send a newsletter, and we do not pass your address to third parties for their own use. You can withdraw consent at any time with an email to raphaelkarmalker@gmail.com, and your address will be deleted. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place beforehand.

We store the address until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist has served its purpose and is closed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data (Art. 15), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). To exercise any of these, write to raphaelkarmalker@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.

Encryption

This site is served over TLS. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the https:// prefix in your browser's address bar.

Changes

We will update this policy when the site changes, for example once the product itself becomes available. The current version always applies.
